Opening Times

The Cottage Surgery provides services from Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 6.30pm. Emergency consultations are available throughout these times.

Routine consultations are by appointment usually between 8.30am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday with the exception of Thursday when they are usually between 8.30 - 12.00 midday

The Surgery is not open at weekends, Thursday afternoons after 12pm or on Bank Holidays.  

When We Are Closed

Between the hours of 6.30pm and 8.00am, weekends and bank holidays, please telephone 111 to access the out of hours service.

Call 999 in an emergency. 

On Thursday afternoons between 12.00pm and 6.30pm please call The Willows Urgent Care Service on 0116 220 2578.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
